Terms of Service

Effective October 27, 2026 · Version 2026-10-27

These Terms govern your use of Kilito (the “Service”) at app.kilito.app, operated by Irongatebrands LLC (“Kilito,” “we,” “us”). You accept these Terms by checking the box and clicking “Agree and continue” when you sign up (or when we ask you to accept an updated version); we keep a record of that acceptance. If you use Kilito for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

1. The Service

Kilito is inventory software for coin, currency, bullion and collectibles sellers and collectors. It lets you record items, photos, costs and prices, estimate values, print labels and QR codes, and work with a team.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
  • You are responsible for your password, your 2-step login device, and everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at hello@kilitocoin.com if you think your account was accessed without permission.
  • Workspace owners and admins control who can access their workspace and what role each member has, and are responsible for their team's use of the Service.

3. Your data

  • You own the inventory records, photos and other content you put into Kilito (“Your Data”). You give us permission to store, process and display Your Data only as needed to run the Service for you.
  • You can export your items (CSV) at any time. If you close your account, we delete Your Data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something longer.
  • You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including photos, logos and banner images.
  • Kilito personnel may access your workspace only as needed to keep the Service running and secure (including reviewing content flagged under Section 5), and to provide support to your workspace. For support, we access your workspace only with your consent at the time you ask for help.
  • When you use AI or market-price features, the photos or item details needed for that request are sent to our service providers to produce the result, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Values, prices and estimates are not appraisals

Melt values, spot prices, “market value” estimates, suggested prices, profit figures and any AI-generated identification or grading suggestions are estimates for your convenience only. They may be wrong or out of date. They are not professional appraisals, grading, authentication, or financial, tax or investment advice. Always verify before buying, selling, insuring or reporting. You are solely responsible for your pricing and business decisions.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Kilito to break the law, sell counterfeit or stolen items, infringe anyone's rights, upload malware, try to access other people's workspaces or data, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell access to it without our permission.

Photos and content. Kilito is for cataloging coins, currency, bullion and collectibles. Upload only photos and text related to the items you're cataloging (plus your own logo and banner), and only content you have the right to use. Uploads must be JPEG, PNG or WebP images under 10 MB. Don't upload sexual or nude content, graphic violence, hateful or harassing material, other people's personal documents, or anything illegal.

How we enforce this. New photos may be checked automatically to keep the Service safe. If a photo appears to break these rules, we may hide it while we review it, and remove it if it does. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we report illegal content, including any child sexual abuse material, to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

6. Plans, credits and payment

Some features may require a paid plan or usage credits (for example AI features). Prices are shown before you buy. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Kilito available and your data safe, but the Service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. We may add, change or remove features. Keep your own backups of important records using the export tools.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kilito is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost sales or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid anything.

9. Termination

You can stop using Kilito and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

If an account or workspace breaks these Terms, or an account is closed, we may delete the affected workspace and its data, including items and photos. Where reasonable, we'll give notice first so you can download a backup.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect and ask you to accept the new version before you continue using Kilito. Changes apply going forward only.
